The fact that you live in Rochester, too, is SO. DAMN. AWESOME. It's nice to meet you, I'm Katie :)

Wow I'd be interested in reading your articles. I think that the epilogue almost didn't seem to fit with the whole series and kind of ruined the end for me. And the sorting hat with Buddism? How does that fit together?

Hi Katie its wonderful meeting you. I was beginning to think I was the only one in Rochester here for a bit. Are you going to Orlando?

Nikkee, the sorting hat seperates the houses into traits. Well those traits are actually practices of the Buddist culture and are encouraged in everyday life. Rowling took this infomation and divided the eight practices in 4 houses leaving the sorting hat as the only remaining being connecting all four houses together. It is the one encouraging unity and brotherhood in troubled times. Then when Voldermort burned the hat at the end it was bringing the houses together. At the end of the war they united as one in the great hall. Not seperated houses but as one school, one hogwarts.

Hello, I'm Simone.
I quite agree about country music... not a big fan. Also, SYTYCD is a wonderful show.

Hi Simone, I can't wait for the new season to start next month. So how do you like it in Utah?
And I have to say I love the "Potter my Anti-Drug" its FANTASTIC!!!

I know! The addiction dance to Gravity still one of my favorite dances (maybe because it's my favorite Sara Bareilles song!). I expect next season to be fantastic! Utah is ok, I'm glad I live in Salt Lake, it's the biggest city in the state. I really love big cities. There are also really good schools here, so that's an upside. Actually, I'd love to live in New York some day. My dad was born in Rochester. And about my avatar, I found it and was like "This is the best thing I've ever seen!" hehe. How do you like New York state? Also, do you happen to be a dancer at all (since you like SYTYCD)?

That is by far the best dance, in my opinion, that the show has ever produced. I sat there rewinding the tape at least 20 times when that song first came out lol. I use to dance, tap and jazz for 5 years but becaue of how many times I have moved it become impossible to keep up with it.
New York is nice, I love the fall weather here but the winters can be brutal. The schools here are so good that I can't complain in the least.

Yeah, I just started dancing three years ago and I totally love it. I do wish I'd started earlier though. I've only been to New York in the summer.. my hair did not like that at all!

I know what you mean. My hair suffered greatly while transferring from the South to the North so many times back and forth but it finally found balanace in the middle. What kind of dance are you taking?

Yes, definitely! I'm so excited.

This is going to be my first one and I can't wait for it!!! What hotel are you going to stay at?

I'm taking modern dance, but I only took lessons at school so we dabbled in other styles as well. I'm not wonderful, but I do pretty well for my lack of training. I made our performance company in my third year. So much fun!

I'm actually not sure yet, I need to make my reservations soon, though, I'm sure. I was going to try to stay at the host hotel I think. It will probably be the most fun that way. What about you?

I am going to stay at the host hotel hell or high water. If I have to pay for a room by myself then so be it. I haven't made reservations yet either. I have the money in my bank account for the ticket so far and thats it. The hotel will be the last thing I worry about; airfare is my next concern
