*Name: alessia
*Age/Gender: 20/female
*Birthplace/Livingplace: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
*Family Life: I am extremely close with my immediate family, which is my parents and younger sister and brother. Coming from an Italian background, I am also very close with my extended family of grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles, 2nd cousins, etc.
*Personality: I am typically a shy, quiet person, but once I get to know someone I open up. I have a good sense of humour and although im not really funny myself, I laugh a lot. I can be very serious, but I can also be crazy and ridiculous. I’m easygoing about everything except school and I am at my happiest when I am obsessing or excited over something.
*Anything else you'd like to reveal?: infinitus will be my second con. I went to prophecy in 2007, which is when I fell in love with the fandom, although I have been a hp fan since I was 10. even though I have been to a con, and go to all the wrock concerts in Toronto, I haven’t really met new hp people since I tend to stick with the hp buddies I already have (my best friend and my bestest cousin). This time around I want to meet some awesome new people, cause I know there are lots of you out there.
*Education/Work: 3rd year undergrad student majoring in genetics
*Favourite HP book: deathly hallows
*Favourite HP character(s) – harry is definitely first, followed by hermione and dumbledore
*Favourite HP line: there are too many
*Watching/Avoiding the HP movies? Watching for sure. They tend to bother me when I rewatch them, but I fully enjoy them the first time(s) around.
*How about HP merchandise? A lot. The books (obviously…doesn’t even count as merch, anyways), dvds, soundtracks, scarves, posters, a harry potter calendar for every year since 2001, magnets, Christmas ornaments, towels, mugs, bookmarks, hp lego sets when I was younger….unfortunately for my wallet the list goes on and on
*Current reading: atlas shrugged by ayn rand
*Favourite music: I like all sorts of music
*Favourite TV: LOST (most awesomely brilliant show ever), grey’s anatomy, house, true blood (just started watching it), gilmore girls, buffy, sytycd
*Favourite cinema: pride and prejudice

*Favourite fandom websites: mugglenet

*Favorite non fandom website: fml, youtube

Hi Alessia! My name's Julia.

Heck yes for coming from Italian backgrounds! My mom's side of the family is all 100% Italian and they're all crazy. And of course LOST is the most awesome show ever.

You seem awesome. I hope we run into each other at Infinitus! :)

as for your question, victoria, theres a couple of things going on outside of toronto. on the 30th there is a wizard rock concert in st. catharines and potterfest in london on august 1st. i actually cant make it to either, sadly.
But feel free to PM me if you want links to either of them.

well, the movie. i've tried at least three times to read the book and have only ever gotten halfway...

Hello Alessia! The name's Simone.

Lost is a great show! So many people have just decided it's awful now, but I think it's getting better and better. Also, tru blood is totally awful, wonderful show. Highly entertaining. First season not so much, second season definitely.
