Hello!

I'm going to be 18 in April, and I am planning to attend Infinitus in July! I've never been to one of these events before (even though I am a huge hp fan so I don't know how I could have ever missed it) so I need a little information to help convince my parents a little.

First of all, my sister is 16. Am I allowed to chaperone her?

Also, will Infinitus include days at the theme park, or should I book extra days at the hotel to spend time there?

Will there be transportation to the theme park?

And most importantly: How do you register? (is registration even open yet?) I want to get it done as soon as possible, so someone please let me know!

Thank you <3:)

Not sure about the age of the chaperone.

There will be a Theme Park event during Infinitus. If you want to go outside the group, then booking extra days would be reasonable.

There is transportation to the theme park.

Registration is not open yet. They will post here on the forums (and elsewhere) as soon as it it.

Here is info copied directly from the Infinitus website about the age of the chaperones: Anyone between the ages of 14 and 17 as of July 15, 2010, is welcome to attend with a parent or legal guardian, or a chaperone who is over the age of 21 provided that a parental permission slip appointing the chaperone has been signed and notarized; the parent, guardian or chaperone must have the same type of registration as the minor, or a higher level of registration. The permission form will be available soon. I know at the past few conferences someone 21 years old or older could be a chaperone, but I don't know if "over the age of 21" is the new rule or if it is just a mis-wording.

To elaborate about the transportation to and from the theme parks: According to the Universal website, hotel guests are provided...
Complimentary On-Site Transportation – Take the convenient water taxis along picturesque waterways or ride the shuttle bus directly to both theme parks and CityWalk. The hotels and theme parks are also within walking distance of each other.
