I just have another quick question.

Is there a return policy on registration? I tried to click on Terms of Use but the page said Error, so I thought I'd post here instead. One of the main reasons I wish to attend Infinitus is because the park is supposed to be open around the same time. Because of Disney purchasing Marvel recently, I am concerned that construction on the park will be halted until Disney and Universal work out their problems involving the Marvel rides and such. If the park opening is pushed back until after Infinitus, I am not sure I will be able to attend. I wish to purchase my registration, but I want to know if the park opening is delayed, if there is any guarantee that I will be able to receive a refund?

Please answer this question?

First off, the park will be open. :)

Second, from the Infinitus FAQ here:

http://www.infinitus2010.org/faq.html

What if I register and can't attend?
You may request a refund by sending an email to registration@infinitus2010.org. There is a 10% cancellation fee for all cancelled registrations through May 31, 2010. No refunds will be made after June 1, 2010.

Thank you very much! That was just what i was looking for. I have no doubt that the park will be open, but seeing that I am only 18, my father is concerned about booking everything without a return policy, so I thought I'd ask just to make sure. Thank you again!

Has Universal confirmed that the park will be open by then? This is one of my concerns too.

We should get an update from Universal soon. From everything I've read on TLC (http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/2009/9/3/new-details-on-wizarding-world-of-harry-potter-theme-park-coming-this-month), etc...it has said that the park will be open "early 2010".

The Orlando Sentinel reports that in a few weeks on September 15th, fans will learn much more on the widely anticipated new Harry Potter attraction as the paper says: "The resort has begun sending out invitations for a Sept. 15 webcast promising a "first-ever glimpse" ot the Wizarding World, which is supposed to open sometime during the first half of 2010."

And look at that....an HP Lego game (http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/permalink/?ndmViewId=multimedia_detail&eid=5976363&newsLang=en)is supposed to come out soon....love the Lego Batman....talk about addictive! :)
