Possible to book hotel online?

I was just wondering if you were given a promotional code thing to type in so we could book our rooms online or does it have to be done over the phone?

Every time group reservations are mentioned on the hotel website, it only tells you to call the number. It never states anything about online booking, which I think is the reason why there is only a phone number listed for hotel reservations on the Infinitus website.

I think that I was either told or read somewhere that their reservation system is not capable of doing online reservations for groups. I don't know if this is true, but this might be why nothing is mentioned about booking a room online anywhere.

Yes, Amanda is correct. The hotels at Universal aren't equipped to take online reservations at this time.
