Art Gallery?

I saw in the schedule there will be an Art Gallery but I could not find information about the gallery anywhere on the site. I am sorry if I somehow missed it.

It will be open for submissions, right? If so what will be the specifics for submitting? Deadline? Who do you send the submission to? In what format?

Hey there!
Yes, we will have an art gallery at Portus. The call for artwork will be going up on the site this coming November, and will contain all the details needed for submitting pieces.

Art may be submitted via e-mail from November through May, and the address and any other needed info will be included in the call for Artwork.

I submitted two pieces of art for consideration in the Art Gallery and just wanted to verify that they had been accepted. They were two DH canon pieces, one of Snape and Dumbledore, and the other of Harry and Ron.

Hi Shannon,

I did e-mail you June 17th I believe. I just resent it again, as there's been a few things going a little wonky still with the art submission form. It's possible the e-mail might not have reached you.

I think you had said you'd be away for a bit, or needed to submit artwork later than the deadline? Heh, that's why I haven't sent any follow up mail yet, I thought maybe you were still away. ;) I was actually going to do that this week.

I did save a spot for you- so no worries. ;) For some reason, images are not coming through the website correctly, so I sent you an alternate e-mail address for you to resend the images. All I need from you is photos of the pieces, and titles for each piece, and you're all set to go.

I'm very glad you said something here, as I hadn't any idea correspondence wasn't reaching you! O_o
