I know the feeling about being a little crazy by going to this conference. I mean, I've always been pretty shy and when I told my parents and friends that I decided to go, by myself all the way from New York- they didn't believe me. Then I showed them that I've already registered, and now they start to realize that I'm actually serious.

Haha, I thought I was the only one that blamed mysteriously missing objects on ghosts. It's actually like a long-standing joke within my family. If something goes missing, almost always, someone will proclaim, "Our ghost is at it again!" But yea, it's so much easier to blame things on nonexistant ghosts/aliens than to admit that you actually have no idea where something went.

This will be my first conference as well. But from what I've heard about past events, it sounds like HP fans are all really open and accepting.

It definitely true. When you're hanging out with a bunch of Harry Potter fans who love it as much as you do your bound to get along with some people!

Hi Breanna! Love your quote! If you're still looking for a roommate, so am I! Do you have a room yet? I haven't booked mine yet, but will if I get enough roomies! I don't drink or smoke either, icK. I also have Anxiety Disorder (which can definitely BE social), though it's gotten milder with age and I've gotten to where I can control it, at least outwardly, haha! Anyway, I think we have lots in common and would have a lovely time at Portus! You can reach me on MySpace at myspace.com/sunnychristian. Talk to you soon! Cheers!
