Reserving a Room at the Hilton Anatole

Hello all,

I was wondering if people that have attended past conferences could tell me when the best time to reserve a room is. I know that you have til June 7th, or until rooms run out. Does anyone know about when rooms were gone last year? How long would it be okay to wait?

The reason why I'm waiting is because I'm not sure yet of my roommates or rooming situation. Thanks to anyone who responds. :)

Since there is no penalty to cancellation until 72 hours before check-in, you can always reserve a room now. There's no deposit required, and you can modify your reservation to include your roommates once you figure it all out. All you need to reserve your room is a credit card number to guarantee it.

Thats great, I was swithering to wait or reserve now. I have gone and booked the hotel and the ticket!!! Just have to until BA gives a discount. :)
