I'm sure I'm just not seeing it, but to book the hotel through the site, there doesn't seem to be a link?! Can somewhere please tell me how to get to that link?
Also, although I have not booked my flights yet, because it's too early to book for those dates. At the moment, the earliest arrival that I can get in Texas is 4pm. But that is check-in time. So I was wondering if anyone knows if allowances can be made for those travelling from overseas (in this case the UK)
Thanks

Hi there,
Hotel reservations will be available after July 10th. We'll post an update on the website once you're able to make a reservation.
Registration will be open past 4:00pm, so you can pick up your packet whenever you arrive. However, the Opening Feast starts promptly at 6:00pm.

Thank you... keep forgetting it's not July 10th... I did read that, but for some reason thought it was a bit later.
I know the registration for the event runs much later... but check-in for the hotel is 4pm. (I plan to arrive the day before anyway, so that there's no chance of missing anything) but 4pm check-in time is slightly worrying.
To be fair, this may change when I actually go to a travel agent as they have more to check on their systems... and maybe I can get a connecting flight with a long lay-over in between so that I can leave the UK earlier, but arrive in the morning in Texas. Who knows... but I wanted to check that if I'm not there at 4pm... is my room given away? Or does it just start at 4pm and then goes on. I looked on the Hilton website to see if it said on there, but it didn't appear to.
Thanks again
~Jenni (who obviously forgets what date it is when looking forward to the future *grin*)

Oh, sorry! I misunderstood your question.
If you have a reservation for a particular night at the Anatole and you arrive after 4pm, your room is still held for you until your arrival. If you arrive before your room is ready, the Hilton Anatole can store your luggage upon request.

Excellant. Thank you! That's a huge weight off my mind, and I can get on with deciding which room to get!
Thanks again
