I'm already registered, but I have a quesiton. My boyfriend has recently decided he wants to come to Portus as well. Is there a way I can register him under my name as well, or should he just sign up on his own?

He should sign up on his own - there can only be one registration associated with a particular email address, and we'll need to have his name so he can pick up his registration materials.

I was wondering what exactly the registration fee would be used for?
What will it cover, and what else will we need to provide?

Hi Amy,

The basic registration package for Portus covers all four days of the symposium and includes:


Admission to all formal programming sessions
Admission to all informal programming sessions, including The North American Flying Federation’s 140th Merlin’s Cup, Cinema Alley, and more.
Admission to the Welcoming Feast and the Leaving Feast
Admission to Common Room, Art Gallery, and the Vendor Room


You'll need to cover your transportation, hotel nights, and any incidentals. Don't forget to save money for the vendor room!

Or, if you have less time to spend, you can go with one of our Premium Packages - which includes 1 hotel night stay and a day registration pass. You have two to choose from: the Jim Dale Package or the Mystery Masquerade Package. Both of these are nonrefundable. Each package costs $200 for a single, or $275 for two in the same hotel room.
