My name is Michelle but I go by Gred. My twin Forge should be getting on the board soon!!! My first HP Con was Prophecy 2007 and I had a blast!!! It was the best time of my life. I am attending both Portus 2008 and Terminus 2008 next year. I just signed up for Portus today and I am SOOOOOO excited!!! If you attended Prophecy 2007 you might remember me rom the ball...I dressed as Luna in a Phoenix dress!!! Will be doing the same this time around!!! YAY for Portus!!!! :p

Glad to hear you guys are coming to Portus. So, you considering playing water AND land Quidditch? Can ya handle the 'pain'? :)

Going on the cruise and to Wrockstock? Come on, a 'real' HP fan would do it all!!! ;)

Yeah, we are doing both cons but the trade off is that we are only doing one day at Portus - Saturday. I know. :( That's because we are doing Terminus and Wrock Chicago so the only way to make Portus a reality was for us to do just the one day.

I didn't read anything about being able to participate in quiddtich on a one-day pass. I would love to add that to our fun-filled day! We will be attending the ball and, hopefully, the keynote lunch so it will be a great day! :D

LOL Well, at least the Twins' presence at the ball made it an interesting evening. Who could forget that? :D

Hmmmm, I don't know about playing Q with a one day pass. Would have to check. We're running water Q before the ball on Sat. 5-8, ball at 9. Does the one day pass allow ball tix? If it does, then Q is probably available as well. But, with only one day, you'd probably be a bit busy. Can always pop out to the pool to watch the finals or something.

We were able to get ball tickets but there was no mention of quidditch anywhere while I was registering. I'm thinking not. We will, at least, have to pop out and root for our fellow Ravenclaws! ;)

Agreed. We can root for our house team. I don't really want to get in the pool right before the ball and get my hair wet anyway. Although water Q does sound awesome. Forge, let's go play at the rec center in my town! It would be awesome!!!

No houses. If you get in early enough on Friday, land Q is from 8-11 pm.

I guess you could wear one of those hair thingees to keep you hair dry! :)

We don't start taking applications for Quidditch until Jan 1. Easier. That's why it's not setup in registration.

As we are not registered for Friday, we really can't do anything on that day. But, we can surely go out and root for Q! Sounds like fun!:)
