Once we've submitted the proposal, how long do you think it will be until we find out if it has been accepted or not?

I have a question to go along with this question.

It says on the site the presenters can attend for the lowest price no matter when they sign-up. I was planing on waiting until I see if my presention/roundtable is accpected before signing up.

If it isn't accpected but I still want to attend can I still get the lower price since I submitted a paper to be a presenter?
