Hello! I'm Amber, also known as "Amber Mallis." I just turned nineteen years-old, and by my name, you already know that I'm a female. I've lived in Florida for all of my living life. I have visited other states, but I have never set foot out of the country. Living in Florida, I never get out much, if so, I either go to Orlando or to Tampa for a theme park or two, so I have been to the Universal Resort a few times and I've been around there for other Harry Potter conventions. I live two hours away from Orlando, because I live near Brandon-which is near Tampa-so I live in Valrico. I usually call my place "Mallis Manor" because it's pretty vast comparing to all my close friends' houses. I'm not really a "family person." I usually don't get along with my family, because my parents sleep during the night, while I'm active during the evening. So you can see why my parents and I don't mix all of the time, right? I know a few people who live in Orlando, but only a few, but I have never met up with them just yet. So, hopefully I'll meet up with them sooner or later.
My friends usually describe me as an "on-going person" or "out-going," they always tell me that I'm a "mystery" to them, so I guess I'm kind of a "Severus Snape" in a few ways, but my friends all think of me as a "determined" person. I usually describe myself as "intelligent," but not "arrogant"-I'm more "narcissic" than arrogant-I'm not "snobby" enough to be called "arrogant," just yet! I'm very "creative." Hah, and I think I'm done describing myself in three words!
I'll reveal to you that I am writing in paragraphs, which stinks if you don't want to read it or rocks if you like grammar. My first job and I still work there is at Starbucks in Lithia. So I get discounts at all Starbucks.
My favorite Harry Potter book has to still be the Goblet of Fire, because the antagonist comes into the story, and without the antagonist there won't be a protagonist. I'm never good at favorites, except for the Harry Potter book, but I think my favorite character in the series is Harry. You'll be surprised about how many similarities we have! I have to admit, I don't have a favorite line because I can't think up a favorite line. Hah.
Yes, I am watching the Harry Potter movies, and right now, I'm trying to get Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on Special Edition but for a cheap price, which is incredibly "impossible" to do, yet I can "by" my time and wait for the sixth movie to come out on DVD to get the fourth movie for a cheaper price. I swear to you that I'm not "cheap" though, but I am an intelligent buyer. I'm a little "crazed" about the merchandise though. It depends if the store or service online has what I want, then I'll buy it. Usually I always buy it, even if it's a tiny ring that can't fit none of my fingers.
I'm sorry to say it, but I am currently not reading Harry Potter. Actually, because October is my most busiest month, I'm still not reading anything. And usually people like to call me a "bookworm" because I'm always caught up in a book or three or so.
I don't really have a favorite music type, but I know that I listen to about everything apart from Country. My favorite part of my television is HBO. I love too many movies. I don't really have a favorite cinema, but I know that I go to certain cinema theaters to see movies, like AMC Regency 20, Muvico Starlight 20, and the IMAX in Tampa.
I'm into the sites of LiveJournal, Myspace, LeakyCauldron, HPANA, and etc. Basically I'm open to every site almost around that everyone has been to.
My philosophy for an easy life is: do what you want to do, and never listen to what others tell you, unless you want to listen.
