Refund

I emailed registration on Friday, November 16 requesting a refund and haven't heard back yet. I understand that this is all volunteer run and that those in charge obviously have lives beyond this conference. I was just wondering when I should expect to hear back from them and when I will get my refund.

I'm hoping I'll still be able to go, but right now, I don' think can afford it.
