teas and registration

Hello,

I was wondering if you have to register for the luncheons and teas at the time of your registration or if you can do it at a later time or when you get to the convention. I'm unsure of which ones I want to attend at the moment and I want to register soon, but when I went through registration it asked which of those I was attending. Is it possible to still go to those events if you don't do it on your registration?

Also, I was wondering what is involved in paying for your registration offline. Would I get sent a bill? I just wanted to know how that would work.

Hi there,

You can always modify your registration by using your confirmation number and email address, just link through the registration system here (https://guest.cvent.com/EVENTS/Register/IdentityConfirmation.aspx?e=998e88c1-ac3c-478f-b9cf-cac38f0d61ef).

You need to do this by June 30, 2008 in order to attend - there might be a few seats still available onsite, but your best bet on attending the luncheons or teas is to signup before hand.

You must make payment for your registration within 30 days, or your registration will be cancelled. Visa or Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. You can also send an email to registration@portus2008.org if you have problems or questions with payment.
