"We've just confirmed that Jim Dale, the amazing "reader" of all the HP audio books for the US , Broadway icon and the narrator of ABC's new hit series "Pushing Daisies", will be presenting at Portus in July. This will be Jim Dale's first HP conference. We're all very excited and honored to have a guest so involved with the series be apart of Portus's Programming. Mr. Dale is quite the dynamic, accomplished speaker and we can't wait for Portus to arrive."

I saw Mr Dale in London, a decade ago, playing Fagan in Oliver. It was amazing. I liked him in Pete's Dragon and his voice adds just the right touch to Pushing Daisies...ok, he's one of the main reasons I watch the show. Looking forward to meeting him in person!!!

I am so so excited! I love listening to the audiobooks, and his voice is definitely one of the things I love about Pushing Daisies. He was on NPR's "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" program about a month ago and he was great.
