Meeting at Universal Tonight

Does our invitation allow us free parking or do we just pay to park in the main garage?

Where in Universal is the meeting? It's tonight and I've no idea, but if I don't know by then I'll just walk in and start asking around lol. Please, could somebody help me? Thanks!

We're asked to meet up at the V.I.P. Check-In Area, and that is near the gates of Islands Of Adventure.

I think that's where we pay for things. I don't think that we get free parking unless we're actual Universal Employees, but feel free to ask again through e-mail with the main organizer (heidi@heidi8.com).

The symposium will take place in the Universal Studios Royal Pacific hotel conference area. We will have events in the park as well. Thanks!
